Meghan is a student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, spiritual development mentor, and sound healer. She is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga. Meg brings a loving and nurturing energy to her classes, making students of all levels feel comfortable and supported. She believes that yoga and meditation are for everyone and everyBODY and enjoys helping her students understand how to integrate these ancient practices into their everyday, modern lives.
Meg has led students all over the world and online in transformational experiences, retreats, and events and continuously brings her wisdom of yoga and meditation to wellness publications, podcasts, and mindfulness based events around the world. Above all, Meg is most proud of her role as wife, momma and friend.
